Randy has more than 30 years of financial industry marketing experience. His unique “out-of-the-box” approach to exceeding clients’ expectations has garnered him numerous industry accolades. Having worked as a marketing vice president, ad agency principal and creative director, Randy has unique cutting-edge insights into the financial services industry.
Randy is a past Chairman of the CUES Suppliers Advisory Council. He teaches Part 1 of the CUNA Marketing Management School and has presented at numerous CUES, CUNA, and MAC conferences as well as for the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions and Pennsylvania, California and Northwest Credit Union Marketing Councils.

With a zany sense of humor and supportive engagement style, Randy knows how to ask the right questions, as well as be a keen listener, whether speaking to an audience of 1 or 200.
Randy has spoken on the cooperative credit union model in front of crowds from Rhode Island to Curacao, Winnipeg to Guam, and all points in between. His experience includes Branch Retail Delivery and Trends, Renaming and Branding, Building Advocacy Through Staff and Member Interaction, Being Married to the Member, and other topical marketing issues.
He loves Seattle and in his spare time you’ll find him blazing across Pacific Northwest trails with his Australian Shepherd rescue dogs
