Branch experience driven by design

Mission Federal’s new Eastlake branch in San Diego wasn’t going to be the biggest branch it had ever built. But there were big plans and a bold vision for a truly unique retail model.

The credit union tasked Weber Marketing and the architects to come up with something completely non-traditional. The solution started by replacing the typical teller row with a pair of ‘teller pods.’

Promotional messages were concentrated entirely on plasma screens placed throughout the branch. Other retail graphics and environmental displays were designed to create a warm, welcoming feeling and visually pleasing design aesthetic without a bunch of loud posters.
