She is a native Seattleite with a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Iowa State University – where she also played D1 tennis. When Meghan's not reading up on the next marketing trend, she's on the tennis court or planning her next backpacking trip.
Jeremy’s love for album covers, posters and books is what led him to study graphic design at Seattle Central’s Creative Academy. He brings a unique perspective to every project with a variety of creative experience ranging from music writing to corporate marketing design, and even illustration for children’s magazines. When he’s not designing, he enjoys hanging on the beaches of the Puget Sound with his wife and daughter.
Brooke believes your brand is the most important thing you own. That's what drives her to bring passion and energy to every training session she facilitates. She has over 15 years in marketing, business development and sales. Client relationships and helping others develop their own personal brand are at her core.
Bruce works as Weber's go-to guy for crafting large-format, dimensional environmental graphics. His career path has run through national agencies, trade publications, direct marketing and the non-profit sector. Bruce also volunteers his design skills at a local immigrant community resource and at animal rescue organizations, and makes time for documentary and fine art photography. He lives in Seattle with his wife Karyn and their rescued dachshund Andouille.
Barbara earned a Journalism Degree from Seattle University and has more than ten years experience in marketing, digital strategy and media relations. She oversees the agency’s strategic marketing plan, manages dynamic content for the website and various media channels, and assists the executive team in all aspects of business development. Barbara is a native to the Northwest, but won’t turn down any opportunity to escape the rain for a sunny vacation, or just a hot yoga class.
Barbara has over 35 years of administrative experience, having worked for two banks, a regional financial institution and a private school before joining Weber Marketing Group part-time as accounting coordinator. Her passion is to ensure financial accuracy at every step. On her days off, Barbara can be found relaxing on the front porch at her second home in Roslyn, WA, with her husband waving to passers-by.
Traffic & Production Coordinator
Sara has a Bachelors in Fine Arts and 8+ years operations & merchandising management experience. She loves a challenge and has project managed, designed, and built a high volume of visual retail installations. Before joining the Weber team, she worked freelance for Nordstrom building visual retail displays and working as a Directors' Assistant on fashion campaigns. Outside of work, Sara enjoys adventure. Whether it be traveling, motorcycling, or finding cool trees to photograph, she loves to explore.
Kathy manages our print merchandising, large format graphics and print collateral processes while bringing engineering ideas and innovation to the team. With over 25 years experience in print, program and account management, Kathy has worked for large companies in the Seattle area like Quality Press, Industry Sign & Graphics and Eddie Bauer.
When she’s not working, Kathy loves cooking and baking and dreams of opening a little café someday. She also loves sailing (sail over power any day of the week!) and once sailed around The Abacos in the Bahamas for three months on a 30’ sailboat, cat aboard.
Joshua is an agency veteran. He’s spent the past decade working with financial institutions and B2B companies on brand management, campaign strategy development and project management.
Joshua is calm, cool and collected. He can’t be shaken, he’s just one cool operator who’s got everything handled.
Amy has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, and a User-Centered Design (UCD) Certificate from the University of Washington. She has years of experience in production—for both web and print. Before joining the team at Weber Marketing Group, Amy did design and production work for Group Health Cooperative, Eddie Bauer, and Premera Blue Cross. Amy always brings a fresh approach to her work for our clients with a great eye for high impact visuals and a thoughtful approach to understanding audience needs.

With over 40 years of commercial and residential construction experience, Bruce is not a "stand back and point" kind of guy. He's a hands-on tradesman with an abundance of skills ranging from concrete to carpentry. He has worked for several corporations, including Roland Constructors, Marriott, Boston Market, and his own commercial/residential construction company, Rainhaven Builders.
Professional Installer/Branch Consultant
Dana has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. She's a master interior and structural designer with skills in many trades including tile setting, hanging and drywall repair, and custom entry and interior doors. Prior to joining Weber Marketing Group, she worked for a home builder and a civil engineering firm.
Amy has 20+ years of experience in print and web design, creating cohesive brands that serve to connect with target audiences and deliver clear messages. She has worked in a variety of industries, including: transit, healthcare, finance, technology, tourism, government and the arts. Amy tackles every client challenge at Weber Marketing Group with a creative mind, good communication skills and positive thinking.
Amy enjoys creating fiber art, illustrating and gardening at her home in Issaquah.
Senior Multimedia Designer
Eric has over 25 years of design and production experience in both print and digital mediums. These days he mostly focuses on front-end design projects, and lots and lots of videos.
A long time ago Eric studied music and audio engineering, as well as digital video at The Evergreen State College. Over the years he has learned even more helping to make independent films, music videos, and animated shorts.
Eric also manages the day-to-day IT duties.
Bess previously worked as an in-house marketing coordinator for a technology solutions provider for law offices. She has experience in social media management, email and DM marketing programs, facilitated lead generation, pay per click advertising and marketing automation programs. Outside of work, Bess loves exploring the outdoors whether it's hiking in the mountains or running around the city training for her next race.
Senior Account Manager
Lisa has over 20 years of experience in marketing and account management. She expertly guides bank and credit unions through naming and branding projects, and integrated marketing campaigns, with her marketing and account management skills. Lisa also facilitates staff brand training programs for clients.

Libby manages SEO and Digital Marketing Strategy for many of Weber Marketing Group’s top clients, helping them align their business goals with their targeted marketing needs. She has a depth of experience in strategic planning, brand development, digital marketing, social and content strategies, and project management. Libby always makes it a point to keep her clients informed and educated on the latest in industry trends and tools. An Oregon native, you can find Libby on the slopes during winter.
