Karen is our champion of client services management, tirelessly dedicated to helping clients achieve success no matter how big or small the challenge.
With 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising, and branding, Karen brings clients a depth and range of knowledge in creating effective strategies that leverage the uniqueness of each client. She has earned the role of trusted advisor to many financial institution executives, having expertly guided their teams and Boards of Directors successfully through name and brand transformations, with prosperous execution.
Karen leads our bright and talented client services team and our client brand-training programs. Karen has trained thousands of credit union and bank employees on their corporate brands bringing transformational change and cultural shifts at every level within the organization.
With 18 years at Weber, Karen has experienced the challenges clients face in their pursuit of sustainable and healthy growth. She is passionate and determined to help and guide clients in their discovery of new opportunities and better position their organizations to achieve optimum success.
Away from the office, Karen still enjoys helping people reach their fullest potential whether that be her own kids or through her volunteerism with Girl Scouts of America as Troop Leader to a group of bright, energetic girls who constantly put her leadership skills and creativity to task.
